In this video, streamer Pravus explores the tutorial missions of The Lamplighters League. I worked closely with our level designers and our lead writers to implement dialogue and lore throughout these two levels, including the reactive dialogue of Lady Nicastro in the final boss fight of the second tutorial.
In The Lamplighters League, part of the narrative team’s job was to write and implement lore drops that rewarded player exploration by adding texture and depth to the world, hinting at character backstories, and providing in-world explanations for mechanics and enemies.
